Miss Northern International Stage Coverage Order Form
Event Dates: November 7–9
Thank you for your interest in stage photography and video coverage for the Miss Northern International Pageant. Both services are available to capture the contestant’s on-stage appearances and deliver them directly to you.
Base Photography Package – $[Insert Price]
The base photography package includes coverage of all required stage events in which the contestant is scheduled to appear:
On-Stage Interview (for Baby Princess and Tiny Princess divisions only)
Fun Fashion
Evening Gown
Crowning
Images will be delivered approximately two weeks after the event. They will be lightly processed for consistency but will not be retouched or edited. All files will be available for download through a gallery link sent via email.

Video coverage is available as an add-on and includes a separate gallery of downloadable and streamable video files.
The video gallery will include:
All events in which the contestant appeared on stage (base events and any selected optional events)
The entire crowning ceremony
Please note:
The video will not include the full pageant. Only the contestant’s own stage appearances will be included, along with the full crowning.
Video galleries will be delivered approximately three to four weeks after the event.
This photo package will include all the required stage events.
