Important Note 1: Video delivery is going to take four to six weeks after the event.

Important Note 2: This is not a full-scale production video. While the video quality will be high-resolution, the footage is captured from a single, static wide-angle camera that covers the entire stage. There will be no panning, zooming, or close-up shots. The style is similar to what you would see in a live feed—designed to give a full view of each stage event without editing or multiple camera angles.

This video package includes digital footage of all on-stage events for your age division at ARB Nationals. Footage will be delivered via digital download and organized by event for your convenience.

Interviews are not included in this package and are available as an optional add-on listed separately on the order form. Party events will not be recorded and are therefore not included.

Example:

If you are competing in the 7–18 age division, your video package will include all stage events associated with that division. This includes:

• All required events

• Optional events (including awards)

• Crowning ceremony for your division

• Interviews and parties are not included.

Format & Access:

Your videos will be provided in standard MP4 format (too geeky??) and delivered via a private digital download link to the email address you provide at checkout. Files are compatible with most computers, smartphones, and tablets for easy viewing and sharing.

Please allow 4–6 weeks after the conclusion of the event for delivery.
